Shipping policy

Delivery Times:

ilcortileshop.com processes orders in Novara, Italy, Monday through Friday. Orders are processed the day after the order date, or on the first available business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

ilcortileshop.com ships worldwide via FEDEX - DHL. ilcortileshop.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs checks, or other circumstances beyond ilcortileshop.com's control.

If the customer decides to change the delivery address (to another recipient or to a Fedex location) or if the address is incorrect, ilcortileshop.com is not responsible for any loss or damage to the shipment.

Delivery for shipments to Italy is expected within 2-3 business days.

Delivery for shipments to the European Union is expected within 3-7 business days.

Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs in Italy are €7.00, free for orders over €300.00.

Shipping costs in the European Union are €21.00 for up to 3 products, €26.00 for 4 products, €33.00 for 5 or 6 products, and €37.00 for 7 or more products.

Shipping costs in non-EU European countries are €28.00 for up to 3 products, €38.00 for 4 or more products.

Shipping costs in North America (USA and Canada) are €35.00 for up to 3 products, €45.00 for 4 or more products.

Shipping costs in the rest of the world range from €35.00 to €59.99.

PLEASE NOTE: ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU WILL BE AVAILABLE. RECIPIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY

Please note that if, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties associated with the automatic FEDEX return to the sender (ilcortileshop.com) will be deducted/withheld from the refund due.
