Refund policy

Offices are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase on ilcortileshop.com, you can return one or more purchased products within 14 days of delivery.
Il Cortile Srl reserves the right to refuse returns if they are communicated, sent, or shipped after the specified timeframe or if the products are not intact.

All items are inspected before shipping. They come with a tag, which must be returned with it; we therefore recommend that you do not remove it until you are sure the item fits properly.

The item must be returned with the manufacturer's boxes and all parts and accessories, including dust bags, hangers, warranties, and the plastic security tag. We will not accept returned items without the security tag.

Items returned with damage, dirt stains, or any obvious modifications will be rejected and shipped back to the customer, who will be charged the standard shipping costs (cash on delivery).

If you receive defective or faulty merchandise, please immediately email [email protected]. An exchange for an item of the same size and color is possible, subject to availability in our warehouse, with free shipping. If the item cannot be exchanged, the standard refund process will be initiated. We will not accept defective items without the security tag.

To make a return, first email [email protected] (Offices open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm) indicating the order reference number, item code, date of order receipt, and the reason for the return.

Once we have verified that the reasons for the return comply with our terms and conditions, you will receive DHL/FEDEX shipping labels by email, along with instructions for requesting home pickup. This pickup must take place no later than 14 days from the delivery date. If possible, use the same packaging sent by ilcortileshop.com to ship the order, attaching the return label you printed from the email you received.
It is not necessary to return an entire order, even just a portion of it.

After our staff has received the return and checked the integrity of the products, the refund process will be processed, and you will be notified by email of the start of the process. This process will be completed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the return, with the amount being credited using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you cancel your order, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you return an order paid for by cash on delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. You will receive an email when the refund process is initiated.

From Italy, the return fee is €9.00, paid by the customer. The cost of the return will be deducted from the final refund amount.
In other countries, the return fee, paid by the customer, varies. The cost of the return will be deducted from the final refund amount.
