The colors of the photographed items are exactly those real?

The products are photographed in order to render the color of the live product. However, as computer monitors vary, we can not guarantee that the color displayed on your screen is completely the same as the real item.


I have included a number of products in the cart ... are they booked?

The registered user retains the products in the cart for five days but with no right of first refusal in respect of other users. The articles are effectively reserved only after the conclusion of the payment.


How to control the status of my shipment?

Have you received the parcel with my return?

You will be informed by e-mail about the arrival of the pack at our warehouse and about the payout procedures. All this will take place after a verification of the returned products and in compliance with our conditions.

If the credit card, Postpay, PayPal account has sufficient credit to purchase check that you entered the data correctly. If the problem persists, try to use another card or another payment method.
